All orders are shipped using USPS Mail Service and come with a tracking. We make and ship orders within 3 business days.
We do ship worldwide but please be aware that shipping transit times vary greatly depending on the destination and local customs laws. Any customs fees charged are the responsibility of the buyer, we have no control over what destination countries charge and it varies greatly as well. We are not responsible for product loss due to customs issues.
We ship all orders over $150.00 with Signature Confirmation. This extra precaution helps ensure that your items arrive safely to you. Please note that USPS cannot leave your package if there is no person to sign. You may want to have your items delivered to your place of work, or you can pick the package up from the post office after it arrives.
- To cancel an order, you must contact us within 2 hours of purchase. Our goal is to get you your custom item fast, so if we've already personalized it a refund cannot be offered. Email us at Laura@leatherandearth.com
- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Customized or personalized orders are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
- We do allow exchanges for non-personalized items. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
