READ RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY IN FULL
Steps for Shipping an item back to us for a Refund or Exchange:
1. Has it been 14 days or less since you've received your item, if yes go to the next step. If no, we are sorry to say you are outside of the return and exchange window. However you are welcome to contact us with any questions.
2. Is your item personalized? If no, then go to the next step. If yes we are sorry to say weldon't accept returns on personalized items.
3. If your order is within the return time, and not personalized ship the order back to us with your Name & order number to:

***** Please pack item carefully, we are not responsible for items damaged during the return shipping process. We suggest adding insurance if the item is $75.00 or more in value
**** We only provide a return shipping label if the error is on our part.
4. Email us at Leatherandearthco@gmail.com with the following information: Your Name, Order Number, and Tracking number for the return package
5. As soon as we receive your order we'll process the return within 3 business days or resend the exchange within 3 business days. You will be notified by email.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELATIONS POLICY FOR LEATHER AND EARTH CO ORDERS
CANCELATIONS & Order Changes
- Once an order is placed it can only be canceled within the first 2 hours after it's placed. After that there's a chance we could already be making the order. The best way to inquire about if you can calcel or make changes to your order is to email us at Leatherandearthco@gmail.com
- We only accept returns on Non-Personalized or custom items. All stationery and notecards are custom printed and we do not accept returns on any custom printing.
- If we have made a mistake please email us at Leatherandearthco@gmail.com, and send a photo if you can. We always fix our mistes.
- In order to return or exchange an item, you must contact us within 2 Weeks of receiving the item at LeatherAndEarthCo@gmail.com
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it cannot be personalized.
- Customized or personalized orders are exempt from being returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.

- We do not provide return shipping labels unless we have made the mistake
-Once you have shipped the item back to us please email us the tracking number
REFUNDS (if applicable)
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (if applicable)
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGES (if applicable)
- We do allow exchanges for non-personalized items. You must contact us within 14 Days of receiving your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at Leatherandearthco@gmail.com and send your item to:

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
